Dr. Sahoo will lead the company's digital initiatives, focusing on integrating cutting-edge technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Augmented/Virtual Reality (AR/VR), and Industry 4.0. He will also foster strategic collaborations with startups and academic institutions to drive innovation across the value chain.
With over 33 years of experience in product development, vehicle engineering, and technology management, Dr. Sahoo brings a wealth of expertise to this pivotal role. His background includes transforming concepts into tangible product innovations and developing supplier capabilities.
Dr. Sahoo holds a Ph.D. in Strategic Technology Management and an MBA in Strategic Management and Technology Management from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi.
