May 2026 : Jagatjit Industries Limited (JIL) has recently announced the appointment of Mr. Parshant Giare as the new Chief of Commodity & Manufacturing Officer. Based out of the Hamira head office, Mr. Giare steps into this pivotal role to oversee the company’s vast production landscape and supply chain strategies. With nearly three decades of experience under his belt, Parshant is a firm believer that momentum is the greatest driver of achievement.

Parshant is far from a stranger to the complexities of large-scale manufacturing. He brings a sophisticated toolkit to JIL, including expertise in OEE, Statistical techniques, and stringent Quality Systems like HACCP and ISO standards.

Parshant most recently served as Vice President - Manufacturing at Parle Products and held a key leadership role at Everest Industries. However, his longest tenure was a 13-year stint at Pernod Ricard India, where he managed 16 factories and led strategic capability planning. His foundational years were shaped by impactful roles at Kellanova (Kellogg’s), PepsiCo, GSK Consumer Healthcare, and Parle Products. Academically, he is well-grounded with a B.Tech in Food Technology from Punjab Technical University and a PGDM in Management (Industrial Relations) from Symbiosis International University.
