Dr. Muthukumar brings a wealth of experience, boasting over 30 years of successful leadership across the Automobile and Pharmaceutical sectors. He is widely recognized for his expertise in providing fiscal, strategic, and operations leadership, particularly in challenging turnaround situations.

In his announcement, Dr. Muthukumar highlighted his philosophy of utilizing keen analysis and a team approach to drive organizational improvements and implement "Next practices." His proven track record of performance and ability to motivate staff to embrace change aligns with the high-growth and rapidly evolving nature of the electronics manufacturing industry.

Prior to joining Kaynes Technology, Dr. Muthukumar served a highly successful 16-year tenure, from 2008 to June 2024, at Automotive Axles Limited/Meritor Heavy Vehicle Systems India Limited in roles including President and COO /ED.

Further cementing his profile as a leader focused on foundational business improvements, Dr. Muthukumar holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Annamalai University, where his research centered on cultural transformation by continuous improvements.
