October 2025 : Orient Electric Limited recently announced the appointment of Aadarsh Rohira as its new Chief Digital & Information Officer (CDIO).
Mr. Rohira will spearhead the acceleration of the company’s digital transformation journey, focusing on leveraging technology and data to drive innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth across the organization.
Strategic Focus on Industry 4.0 and Innovation
The appointment comes at a crucial time as Orient Electric aims to capitalize on the rapid evolution where the boundaries between digital technology, manufacturing processes, and customer experience (CX) are merging.
In his new role, Mr. Rohira’s key areas of focus will include: Accelerating digital transformation initiatives. Driving the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies across manufacturing and operations. Fueling innovation-led business value across products, processes, and people.

Robust Leadership Background
A seasoned Digital Transformation Leader and Angel Investor, Mr. Rohira brings a wealth of experience from senior leadership roles in diverse sectors. Prior to joining Orient Electric, he held key positions at major corporations, including Hero MotoCorp and Unilever, where he successfully delivered large-scale digital initiatives and operational improvements. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from IIM Lucknow and a BE in Engineering from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya.
