September 2025 : Oswal Industries Limited has recently announced the appointment of Hemant Singh Fauzdar as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). With a distinguished career spanning over 17 years, Fauzdar is recognized for his expertise in strategic human resources, talent management, and workforce optimization across diverse industries.
In his new role at Oswal Industries, Fauzdar will focus on spearheading strategic HR functions, fostering a learning organization, and driving a performance-oriented culture. His initiatives will be geared towards aligning HR strategies with the company's business objectives to support its growth journey.
Prior to joining Oswal Industries, Fauzdar held a significant position as HRBP for the Cable & Wire Business at Havells India Ltd. His extensive experience also includes serving as Group HR Head at Mayur Uniquoters Limited, where he successfully reduced operational costs and implemented key HR modules. He also led HR efforts for a greenfield project at Willowood Chemicals, and held senior HR roles at Sun Pharma and Yokohama India.
