September 2025 : SPML Infra Limited has recently announced a key leadership transition, appointing Mr. Abhinandan Sethi as its new Managing Director. The move is part of the company’s strategic plan to accelerate growth and strengthen governance as it expands into high-potential sectors, including Water Infrastructure Development and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).

Mr. Sethi, who previously served as the company’s Chief Operating Officer (COO), will now lead the end-to-end business strategy, operations, and corporate finance. He is tasked with spearheading SPML Infra’s expansion into new and emerging infrastructure sectors, most notably BESS.

His new role will be pivotal in shaping the company's strategic and financial plans, guiding project management, and formulating organizational policies to ensure sustainable, long-term growth.

An alumnus of La Martiniere for Boys, Kolkata, Mr. Sethi holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University, USA, and an MBA from the London Business School. His appointment is expected to be a driving force in preparing the organization to capitalize on future opportunities in a rapidly evolving market.
