October 2025 : Varroc, a prominent global Tier-1 automotive supplier, has announced a significant addition to its leadership team with the appointment of Mr. Avinash Chintawar as Chief Operating Officer (COO) - Business I, effective October 15, 2025. He will report directly to Mr. Arjun Jain, Whole Time Director & CEO - Business I.
In his new capacity, Mr. Chintawar will be responsible for overseeing the Operations Vertical within Business I. His mandate is to strengthen operational efficiencies, enhance performance metrics, and ensure complete synergy with Varroc's long-term strategic vision in the rapidly evolving automotive landscape.\
Mr. Chintawar brings a wealth of experience, having previously served as Managing Director of Bosch Chassis Systems India Pvt. Ltd. and as Chairman of Bosch India Foundation. His extensive career with the Bosch Group also includes key international and domestic leadership roles, such as Director of Operations at Robert Bosch Bamberg (Germany) and Managing Director at Bosch Electrical Drives India Pvt. Ltd. He is recognized for his strategic foresight and dedication to sustainable manufacturing.
