Mr. Watve played a key role in positioning Wilo India as a leader in the pump manufacturing sector, earning multiple accolades both internally and externally. He also spearheaded the development of a world-class manufacturing facility at Kesurdi, completing it in record time, further enhancing Wilo India's manufacturing capabilities.

March 2025 : WILO has announced the appointment of Mr. Hemant Watve as the CTO for the AMEA Region (Asia, Middle East, and Africa).

With a remarkable career spanning over 23 years, Mr. Watve brings extensive leadership experience from Bosch, Whirlpool, Sandvik Asia, and the Kalyani Group. Since June 2011, he has been associated with WILO Mather and Platt Pumps Private Limited, India, serving as Chairman and Managing Director. Under his dynamic leadership, Wilo India witnessed significant growth, with revenues surging from 3,000 MINR (€33 million) to over 12,120 MINR (€135 million), achieving a sustained CAGR of 11.3 percent.
