Dr. Chand has been associated with Belden Inc. since 2002, holding several key leadership positions, including Executive Vice President of Industrial Automation Solutions and Managing Director of Belden Asia Pacific. Under his leadership, Belden has significantly expanded its global presence, strengthening manufacturing operations in China and India while driving innovation in industrial automation and networking solutions.

Prior to his tenure at Belden, Dr. Chand gained significant experience in the Oil & Gas, Non-Ferrous Metals, and Optical Fiber industries, with expertise in project management, business development, and mergers and acquisitions.
