September 2024 : Accenture is pleased to announce the appointment of Maneesh Pant as Managing Director – Industry X.0. Based in Bangalore, Mr. Pant will be spearheading Accenture’s growth in Digital Engineering and Manufacturing across multiple industry sectors. His new role will involve engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders and customers, driving transformational initiatives, and creating meaningful impacts through innovation and technology in global operations.

With over 20 years of leadership experience, Mr. Pant brings a wealth of expertise to Accenture. Prior to this role, he served as the Global Capability Center (GCC) Head at John Deere, overseeing operations in India, Mexico, and Brazil. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in transforming the GCC into a value-driven entity by demonstrating business impacts on revenue, margins, and product design innovation. He also established governance frameworks to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and employee competency.

In addition to his role at John Deere, Mr. Pant has garnered extensive experience through various senior roles in companies such as Capgemini, Honeywell Technology Solutions, PL Engineering, GE among others.
