July 2025 : Accolade Electronics Private Limited recently announced the appointment of Dr. Sandeep Waykole as its new Chief Executive Officer. This strategic leadership change is set to accelerate the company's growth, strengthen its technological leadership, and drive sustainable innovation within India’s dynamic automotive electronics landscape.

Dr. Waykole brings over 26 years of extensive global experience to Accolade Electronics. His distinguished career includes leadership roles at prominent automotive industry players such as Faurecia (FORVIA), Magna International, and TATA AutoComp Systems Ltd. In these positions, he was instrumental in advancing complex solutions in embedded electronics, seating systems, and interior components. Dr. Waykole holds a PhD from MIT ADT University, complemented by a background in Polymer Engineering, an MBA in Logistics and Materials, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Foreign Trade from Savitribai Phule Pune University.

In his new role, Dr. Waykole will steer Accolade Electronics' agenda along four key strategic pillars:
