Aditya Birla Group Elevates Ashok Ramchandran as Director HR

December 2023 : Following the resignation of Dr. Santrupt Misra, the Aditya Birla Group has elevated Ashok Ramchandran as Director HR. Dr. Misra has taken early retirement to pursue interests outside of the corporate world. At the same time, Ramesh Mitragotri, CHRO, Ultratech Cement, will take over Mr. Ramchandran’s responsibility as the Group Executive President-GHR, Aditya Birla Group. The changes will come into effect from 15 January 2024.
