April 2026 : The journey of a seasoned professional often comes full circle when they bring decades of hard-won wisdom to a new, ambitious role. Such is the case for Prabhu Lakshmipathy, who has officially stepped into his new position as Senior Vice President - Excellence in Manufacturing at ANAND Group India. Based in the industrial hub of Pune, Lakshmipathy is set to steer the group’s manufacturing strategies, focusing on the sophisticated intersection of Lean Production, Low-Cost Automation, and the digital frontier of Industry 4.0.

Lakshmipathy’s career is a testament to consistency and high-level execution. Before joining ANAND Group, he spent over 17 years at Hanon Systems. His tenure there culminated in his role as Managing Director - India Operations. His foundational years were spent at Rane Madras Ltd (RML), where he served as Senior Manager of Manufacturing Engineering for eight years.

A mechanical engineer by training, Lakshmipathy earned his Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Madras. His deep-seated expertise in Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and ESG initiatives makes him a versatile leader ready to navigate the complexities of modern manufacturing.
