Oct 2026 : Wingreens Farms has recently appointed Sujit Dey as General Manager - Manufacturing. Based in Gurugram, Dey brings over 25 years of rich experience across India’s FMCG and food manufacturing ecosystem. In his new role, he will steer Wingreens Farms' manufacturing performance, strengthen shop-floor capabilities, scale up productivity, and elevate food safety standards across all facilities.

Throughout his career, Dey has specialized in transforming traditional FSQA operations into digital, paperless, and predictive systems. His expertise spans global regulatory compliance, supplier quality governance, and fostering a deep-seated culture of safety and product integrity. At Wingreens Farms, his focus will center on building future-ready, agile manufacturing systems that safeguard consumer trust while supporting rapid growth.

Before joining Wingreens Farms, Dey spent nearly nine years at Rich Products Corporation (Rich Products India), serving as Head of Quality & Food Safety (India) and Deputy General Manager - FSQA & Head of Sanitation. Prior to that, he completed a 13-year tenure at PepsiCo at the Kolkata plant. Earlier in his career, Dey served as Plant In-Charge at Asian Foods and Quality Control & Product Development In-Charge at Monarch India Holdings Private Limited.

Dey holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Food Technology and Biochemical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Chemistry from Jadavpur University.
