June 2026 : Barmag (Suzhou) Technology Co., Ltd. and Surat-based Hitech Automation Solutions PVT LTD. have recently announced an exclusive partnership. The duo will jointly market Hitech’s Doffmatic automation solution for Barmag’s manual eFK texturing machines. It is a timely intervention for texturing facilities where manual doffing processes still trigger a domino effect of increased scrap, inconsistent quality, and capped productivity.
Striking a practical balance for yarn manufacturers, this joint solution creates deep technological and economic value. By positioning itself squarely between basic manual operations and complex, fully automated systems, it offers an attractive alternative for various operational and investment scenarios with a clear focus on rapid ROI and improved yarn quality. The agreement covers both the sale of new eFK texturing machines - branded as the eFK Doffmatic - and retrofits for existing Barmag equipment, allowing mills to modernize their setups step-by-step without requiring additional floor space.
Ensuring precision with every single run, the Doffmatic system automates the doffing cycle while guaranteeing that bobbins have exactly the same length - a key prerequisite for seamless downstream processing.
