May 2024 : Chandrashekhar Chavan has been appointed as the Chief Human Resource Officer(CHRO) of UltraTech Cement.
Mr. Chavan has been part of the Aditya Birla Group since 1996 and has worked across several group companies, including UltraTech Cement, Aditya Birla Management Corporation, Hindalco Industries, and Aditya Birla Capital. He has also served as the CHRO of Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. since 2012 and has been instrumental in integrating multiple diverse businesses.
