With an impressive career spanning over three decades, Saurabh brings a wealth of experience in manufacturing and supply chain management. A B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Jalandhar, Mr. Lal has held leadership roles at renowned companies including Unilever, Avery Dennison, Future Group, and Kellanova (formerly Kellogg Company).
Mr. Lal’s expertise lies in driving operational excellence by improving efficiencies, reducing costs, and developing robust people capabilities across diverse product lines. His leadership will be instrumental in strengthening Symphony's operational strategy while ensuring a continued focus on sustainability.
