August 2026 : Danfoss India has recently appointed Pradeep Kumar Jaganathan as Head of Operations & Supply Chain for its Climate Solutions Commercial Tubing & Modules (CTM) Division. Stepping up from his prior leadership overseeing regional logistics, Jaganathan now takes on expanded oversight across the company’s multi-factory campus, driving production, quality, manufacturing engineering, continuous improvement, and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) alongside logistics operations.

In his new role, Jaganathan will lead end-to-end factory performance and strategic digital transformation. His primary focus centers on balancing operational excellence with customer-centric execution, managing strategic investments, inventory, cost efficiency, and sustainable growth across the manufacturing campus.

Jaganathan has spent over 13 years with Danfoss in progressive leadership roles, most recently serving as Director of Logistics Operations & Fulfillment for APAC and India. Prior to his long tenure at Danfoss, he honed his logistics and warehousing expertise with industry majors including DHL Supply Chain, TE Connectivity, Nokia, and Perfetti Van Melle.

Jaganathan holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from AJKKSA Polytechnic and earned his BTech in Mechanical Engineering from Vinayaka Mission's Research Foundation. To refine his executive capabilities, he later completed the Executive Post Graduate Program in General Management from Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli.
