September 2026 : To sharpen its operational capabilities and accelerate long-term expansion, DelVal Flow Controls has recently appointed Kiran Haragapur as its Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Based in Pune, Haragapur steps into the top executive role after nearly seven years with DelVal Flow Controls, where he previously served as Vice President of Operations and President of Operations - India. In his new capacity as COO, he will lead enterprise-wide efforts to strengthen operational excellence, refine customer delivery and quality standards, scale digitalization, and champion artificial intelligence adoption across manufacturing workflows.

Bringing over 33 years of multi-faceted industrial engineering and executive experience, Haragapur’s career reflects a rich track record in shop-floor transformations, greenfield startups, and Lean implementations. Before joining DelVal Flow Controls, he served as Associate Vice President and Head of Operations at Emerson Automation Solutions. His foundation in manufacturing excellence was established over decades through key leadership and production roles at Eaton Hydraulics Co. Limited, Kinetic Engineering Limited, and Kirloskar Brothers Limited.

On the academic front, Haragapur completed his Executive Management Development Program for CEOs at the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode (IIM Kozhikode). He holds a degree in Business Management Operations from the Pune Institute of Business Management and a diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Govt. Polytechnic College.
