September 2026 : Eugia Pharma Specialities Ltd has elevated Satyanarayana CH VV to Vice President of Operations. Taking on the role of Plant Head at the company’s Hyderabad facility, he will drive operational efficiency, strategic growth, and site performance.

Satyanarayana brings a quarter-century of deep hands-on expertise in manufacturing, sterile injectables, and complex dosage forms. Having spent over nine years in progressive leadership roles at Eugia Pharma - most recently as Associate Vice President of Operations and previously as Head of Quality - his internal promotion underlines his proven track record in steering large-scale operations and navigating intricate global regulatory environments.

A subject matter expert in parenterals, quality systems, and facility setups, Satyanarayana has successfully guided plants through rigorous inspections by global regulatory bodies, including the USFDA, EU, Health Canada, ANVISA, and INVIMA.

Over his distinguished 25-year career, Satyanarayana has built operational resilience across several top-tier pharmaceutical organizations. Prior to joining Eugia Pharma, he served as Associate Director of Quality at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories and held senior quality leadership roles at Troikaa Pharmaceuticals, Zeiss Pharmaceutical, Zenotech Laboratories, Nicholas Piramal India Limited, Cipla, and Gland Pharma.

On the academic front, he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from SASJ College and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science from AIACE.
