September 2026 : To accelerate its digital footprint and shape connected mobility, Hero MotoCorp Limited has recently appointed Suresh Kumar P as Chief Digital & Information Officer (CDIO).

Following his appointment, Mr. Kumar joins Hero MotoCorp’s core Leadership Team and is designated as Senior Management under SEBI Listing Regulations. In his new role, he will drive the company's enterprise-wide digital transformation strategies, focusing on building smarter tech systems to power the future of two-wheeler mobility.

With nearly two decades of executive experience, Mr. Kumar brings deep expertise across the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Pharmaceuticals, and Information Technology sectors. Throughout his career, he has built a proven track record of using technology to expand business capabilities and modernise operations. Before joining Hero MotoCorp, he held senior leadership positions at global and Indian powerhouses, including Reckitt, Pernod Ricard, and Asian Paints, where he spearheaded high-impact, tech-driven business growth initiatives.

On the academic front, Mr. Kumar holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from the Madras Institute of Technology, Anna University. He earned his Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Management from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai (formerly the National Institute of Industrial Engineering).
