October 2025 : Hind Rectifiers Limited, a leading manufacturer specializing in Power Semiconductors, Power Electronic Equipments, and Railway Transportation Systems, has recently announced the appointment of Mr. Manoj Nair as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP).
In his new leadership role, Mr. Nair will be responsible for overseeing the company's overall operations and driving its strategic growth plan. The appointment signals a focus on scaling business operations, accelerating digital transformation, and building a future-ready organization poised for long-term value creation in the evolving global landscape.
A Track Record of Decades of Leadership
Mr. Nair brings with him over three decades of rich and diversified leadership experience across manufacturing, power, infrastructure, and technology-driven businesses. He is widely recognized for his strategic vision, strong customer orientation, and proven ability to deliver sustainable business growth.
Prior to joining Hind Rectifiers, Mr. Nair served as the Chief Executive Officer of IIMS Limited, a CK Birla Group company, where he oversaw the overall business strategy, growth, and operations.
He spent a significant part of his career with Cummins India Ltd., holding multiple senior roles. As Vice President of the Power Generation Business, he was instrumental in strengthening the company’s presence in the Indian market and leading the launch of industry-leading solutions. Earlier, as Director of the Industrial Business, he successfully steered and grew businesses across varied market segments such as rail, marine, mining, oil & gas, defense, and pumps.
Throughout his career, Mr. Nair has managed large P&L portfolios, led complex business transformations, and championed talent development to build high-performing teams.
