"This collaboration reflects a shared commitment to supporting the long-term development of India’s aerospace ecosystem, particularly for complex work packages and high-rate programs.” - Hélène Moreau-Leroy, Chairman and CEO - Hutchinson

March 2026 : The future of flight is getting a major boost from a new partnership that bridges the gap between European innovation and Indian industrial prowess. Hutchinson and Dynamatic Technologies Limited have officially signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA), a strategic move designed to meet the skyrocketing demands of India’s aerospace sector. By blending Hutchinson’s mastery of advanced composites with Dynamatic’s proven strength in metallic aero-structures, the duo is positioning itself as a "one-stop shop" for global aircraft giants.

This isn't just a paperwork exercise; it's a deep integration of two different but complementary worlds. Hutchinson brings to the table a legacy of multi-material systems that focus on making planes lighter, quieter, and more sustainable. On the other side, Bangalore-based Dynamatic Technologies offers world-class capabilities in complex metallic assemblies, proving that India can compete at the highest levels of global manufacturing.

The collaboration is hitting the ground running with an immediate exchange of work. Dynamatic will award Hutchinson its first composite parts work package, while Hutchinson will reciprocate with a multi-year metallic parts contract. This "first step" approach ensures that both companies are immediately invested in each other's success.

The leaders of both organizations see this as a transformative moment for the industry. Hélène Moreau-Leroy, Chairman and CEO of Hutchinson, highlighted the strategic importance of the region: "This collaboration reflects a shared commitment to supporting the long-term development of India’s aerospace ecosystem, particularly for complex work packages and high-rate programs. India, where Hutchinson is already well established through its automotive activities, represents a fast-growing and highly promising aerospace market. This cooperation will bring strong industrial competitiveness and a high level of expertise to global OEMs. It also demonstrates our ability to deliver complex, innovative and competitive solutions globally, and close to our customers."

Udayant Malhoutra, CEO and Managing Director of Dynamatic Technologies Limited, echoed this sentiment, noting the shift in the global supply chain: "This strategic cooperation represents a transformative shift for the global aerospace supply chain combining the best of both worlds in metallics and composites. The collaboration enables OEMs to unlock new opportunities from India through value engineering, accelerated product development, and scalable manufacturing volumes."

As global OEMs look for reliable partners to help them ramp up aircraft production, this alliance sends a clear message: the next generation of aircraft will have a distinctively Indo-French fingerprint.
