October 2025 : Lokesh Dhamija, a strategic communications and marketing leader with over two decades of global experience, joins Infineon Technologies as Director, Communications for India. The appointment signals a focused effort by Infineon to strengthen its brand narrative and presence in the key Indian market.

Dhamija expressed excitement about Infineon's mission, which centers on driving decarbonization and digitalization through semiconductor innovation. He brings extensive B2B and technology-driven industry expertise, Dhamija specializes in simplifying complex engineering and sustainability narratives into engaging stories that resonate across diverse cultures and markets. His experience spans corporate communications, digital marketing, employer branding, and reputation management, all underpinned by a commitment to sustainability and measurable impact. He will work closely with the global and India leadership teams to build on Infineon’s vision and craft narratives that highlight the impact of the company's technology on everyday life.

Prior to this, he worked in strategic leadership roles across complex sectors with organisations such as NBC Bearings, BOC Edwards and AkzoNobel. His educational background includes a Commerce Graduation from Delhi University, a Graduate Diploma in Marketing Communications from the Marketing Institute of Singapore, and a qualification in Export Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.
