Mayank arrives at Pakka with a formidable reputation in the pulp and paper industry, known for his ability to navigate large-scale operational challenges with a steady hand. With a skill set spanning process optimization, ISO standards, and continuous improvement, Mayank is uniquely positioned to drive Pakka’s mission forward. His career journey is a masterclass in global industrial operations. Before joining Pakka, Mayank spent over five years in Indonesia as the Mill Operation Head for PT. Toba Pulp Lestari, Tbk. His extensive resume also includes high-level leadership roles as Vice President (Works) at Sirpur Paper Mills Ltd and a distinguished tenure at JK Paper Ltd, where he rose through the ranks from Assistant Manager to Chief General Manager. His international experience is further bolstered by his time as a Project Manager at Advance Agro Public Co. Ltd. in Thailand.
This deep practical expertise is rooted in an elite academic foundation. Mayank is a proud alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee, where he earned his Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Pulp & Paper.
