August 2026 : Raychem RPG has recently appointed Abhishikta Tripathi as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In her new capacity, Tripathi will champion Raychem RPG's global talent agenda - spearheading leadership development, scaling organizational capabilities, and cultivating a high-performance culture aligned with the company’s accelerated growth and business transformation goals.

Tripathi brings over 14 years of rich, progressive experience across top-tier fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and multinational corporations. Recognized for translating complex people strategies into tangible business outcomes, she joins Raychem RPG from Reckitt, where she served as HR Head for Commercial Functions.

Her distinguished career features significant leadership tenures at some of the world's most admired brands. At The Coca-Cola Company, she operated as Director of Employer Branding & Executive Talent Acquisition. Prior to that, she spent nearly five years at L'Oréal. She began her journey at Marico Limited.

Tripathi holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management and Labour Relations from the prestigious Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) and completed her foundational undergraduate studies at the Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.
