As of January 1, 2026, Richard Weber, the long-standing CEO of REGO-FIX AG, has transitioned operational leadership to Pascal Forrer, signaling a seamless evolution for the world-renowned tool-holding specialist.

The appointment of Pascal Forrer is the culmination of a deliberate, long-term succession strategy. Since joining REGO-FIX in 2018, Forrer has been a driving force behind the company’s global expansion, spearheading international marketing and sales initiatives.
