June 2025 : TKIL Industries (Formerly thyssenkrupp Industries India) recently announced the appointment of Sachin Jain as the new Business Head for its Battery and Energy Storage (BES) Business. Mr. Jain will take on this expanded leadership role in addition to his current responsibilities spearheading Transformation, Strategy, and New Business Development for the company.

Having successfully diversified into nascent but crucial sectors like Green Hydrogen and Compressed Biogas (CBG), the company now identifies Battery and Energy Storage as the next critical frontier in its renewable energy portfolio.

Mr. Jain brings a robust background in strategic development and business transformation to this pivotal new role. His tenure at TKIL Industries, spanning 11 months, has seen a rapid progression of responsibilities, culminating in his current appointment. He assumed the role of Senior Vice President, Head (Transformation) in August 2024, operating on-site in Pune. Further expanding his purview, he became Senior Vice President, Head (Strategy and Transformation) in December 2024, with additional responsibilities for Strategy, Markets, and Development, encompassing Investments, M&A, and Partnerships.
