Gundre’s professional journey is a testament to consistency and high-impact performance. She spent over two decades at IDEX Corporation, where she rose through the ranks from Manager of Strategy and MarCom to Managing Director - FMT Pumps, Asia. During her tenure, she was credited with tripling growth relative to the market and managing significant P&L portfolios. Her career also includes foundational roles as an Assistant Marketing Manager at ATCO Industries, Inc. and a Marketing Officer at Intrex India Limited.

An engineer by training, Gundre holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Yeshwantrao Chavan College of Engineering (YCCE), followed by an MBA in Marketing from Dr. Ambedkar College, Nagpur.
