July 2026 : Windsor Machines Limited has recently appointed Mohan Ramachandran as its Chief Executive Officer. The decision, recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approved by the Board of Directors, signals a strategic drive toward long-term competitiveness and scalable corporate growth.

Ramachandran succeeds Vinay Bansod, who stepped down from the CEO role. To facilitate a smooth organizational transition, Bansod will continue serving as a Whole Time Director (WTD), collaborating closely with the Board, promoters, and incoming executive team on overarching corporate strategies and global footprint expansion.

Bringing over 32 years of rich experience across automotive and industrial manufacturing, Ramachandran is a business leader known for delivering profitable growth, P&L transformation, and driving sustainable business models. His distinguished career features executive stints at top-tier organizations, including the Eicher Group, Mahindra & Mahindra, Cummins Technologies, and most recently at Milacron India.

Ramachandran holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, and a PGDM from the Goa Institute of Management.

Beyond his corporate track record, he is an active contributor to industry and academic forums. He regularly shares insights as a distinguished speaker at several platforms and serves as a guest lecturer at top institutions including XLRI, SPJIMR, and Symbiosis, and sits on the SPJIMR PGPM Advisory Board.
