January 2026 : ZF Group has recently announced the appointment of Chaitali Talele as its new Head of Finance for India, effective March 2026. A seasoned finance veteran with over two decades of global experience, Talele joins the German technology giant at a pivotal moment as it accelerates its "Next Generation Mobility" strategy and digital transformation across the Indian subcontinent.

Talele succeeds to this critical role from Evonik India, where she served as Chief Financial Officer. Her appointment is seen as a strategic move to bolster ZF’s governance, risk management, and investor relations while navigating high-growth industrial environments.

Chaitali Talele is recognized for her ability to lead complex operational turnarounds and promote cross-functional performance. Her expertise spans business controlling, corporate finance, and the adoption of advanced decision support systems - skills that will be essential for ZF Group’s evolving footprint in India.

Chaitali Talele is a distinguished Chartered Accountant (ICAI). She holds a Master of Commerce from BMCC, Pune, and has completed executive education in Design Thinking at MIT Sloan. Her prolific 21-year career includes leadership roles at Evonik India (CFO), EPL Limited (VP Group Corporate Finance), and Laxmi Organic Industries. She also spent nearly 15 years at SKF India and SKF Group, where she held diverse roles from Manager of Internal Audit to GM of Business Strategy and Global Business Controller for Industrial Drives. Her journey began with a rigorous articleship at A.H. Joshi & Co.
