Force Motors Appoints Shriniwas Chakravarthy as Vice President - Corporate Quality

September 2026 : Force Motors has recently announced the appointment of Shriniwas Chakravarthy as Vice President - Corporate Quality. Operating from the company’s Head Office in Akurdi, Pune, Chakravarthy brings over 27 years of deep domain expertise to steer corporate quality, operational excellence, and product integrity across the automaker's portfolio.

Chakravarthy’s career spans the full spectrum of the automotive value chain - including product development, manufacturing, supplier quality, field performance, regulatory compliance, and aftersales. His leadership role will focus on embedding a zero-defect mindset, elevating customer experience, and driving strategic digital transformation within Force Motors.

Prior to joining Force Motors, Chakravarthy held several high-impact executive roles. He began his journey at FIAT India. He then served at Mahindra & Mahindra, followed by a distinguished 16-plus-year tenure at Škoda Auto Volkswagen India, where he eventually led Quality Management across the ŠKODA, Volkswagen, and Audi brands. Most recently, he led enterprise quality transformation as AVP & Head of Quality at FIAT India Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. (FIAPL).

Chakravarthy holds an Associate Membership in Automobile Engineering (AMIAE) from IIAE, Chennai. He has completed executive leadership training at the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad. He also actively engages with the Indian automotive community through the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM).
