Avijit Roy’s career is a masterclass in human resources excellence, spanning nearly three decades at some of the world’s most respected organizations. He spent over 15 years at Aditya Birla Group, most recently as Senior Vice President of Global HR in Atlanta. His extensive portfolio also includes leadership roles at Hero Motors, Tesco, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., and Hindustan Unilever Ltd. His strategic expertise is grounded in an impressive academic foundation, having completed the CHRO Program at The Wharton School, as well as executive programs at Harvard Business School, the University of Michigan (Ross School of Business), and LBIMS.
