May 2026 : Epsilon Carbon Pvt. Ltd. has recently announced a powerful new addition to its top-tier leadership framework - Munish Kumar Rathi as President & Business Head - Carbon Black.

Before anchoring his new responsibilities in Mumbai, Munish built an exceptional, diverse professional legacy. He spent an impressive 16 years with Aditya Birla Group, most recently serving as Head of Manufacturing for the Domestic Chlor Alkali Business at Grasim Industries Limited. His vast international exposure includes leadership milestones in Thailand as President of Thai Rayon Public Company Ltd and Joint President at Aditya Birla Chemicals.

His deep industrial operations foundation was forged through critical leadership roles across multiple porcelain and polymer plant divisions at Aditya Birla Insulators. Earlier in his career, he mastered technical and systems engineering at state-run giants Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) and Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), after starting his professional journey as a Systems Analyst at Infosys. His deep operational foundation was developed through key leadership roles at Aditya Birla Insulators. Earlier, he built his technical expertise at state-run giants Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) and Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL).

Munish holds an MBA specializing in Finance and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering from Madan Mohan Malaviya Engineering College.
