December 2025 : Horizon Industrial Parks, a leading and sustainable industrial and logistics real estate platform in India, has recently announced the appointment of Urvish Rambhia as its new Chief Executive Officer.

Having been a pivotal figure since the company's inception, Rambhia is recognized for his instrumental role in scaling the company’s portfolio. "Having been closely associated with Horizon since its inception, Urvish has played a key role in shaping the company’s growth - from a 6 million sq. ft. portfolio at launch to more than 54 million sq. ft. today - making Horizon one of India’s leading and most sustainable industrial and logistics real estate platform," the company stated in its announcement.

Rambhia brings a deep and extensive background in real estate investment and asset management to his new role. Before his CEO appointment, he served as a Principal at Blackstone for over four years. His previous experience also includes a term as the Director, Investments and Asset Management, India, Growth Markets at Ivanhoé Cambridge, and a long tenure of over 12 years as an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley. Academically, Rambhia is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Masters in Commerce from the University of Mumbai, providing a strong financial and commercial foundation for his leadership.
