August 2026 : JSW MG Motor India has recently announced an expanded leadership mandate for Neha Jain, elevating her to Head - Strategy, EV, and Innovation. Moving beyond her long-standing stewardship of the automaker’s electric vehicle and innovation ecosystem, Jain’s enlarged portfolio will integrate corporate strategy, strategic transformation, and future growth opportunities to translate emerging technologies into scalable business impact.

With over 16 years of experience across automotive, energy, and digital ecosystems, Jain has been central to establishing JSW MG Motor India's leadership in sustainable mobility. Her work encompasses national charging platforms like eHUB by MG, community infrastructure initiatives such as MG Charge, circular battery lifecycle projects (Project Revive), and second-life energy storage systems (BESS).

Prior to joining Morris Garages India in 2019, she served as Senior Brand Manager for Dulux Weathershield at AkzoNobel and Lava International Limited. Her early career includes roles at HSBC,Synergy Advisory, and CSC India Private Limited.

Jain holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Instrumentation and Control from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology (NSIT) and an MBA in Marketing from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi.
