June 2026 : Laxmi Organic Industries Ltd. has recently announced the promotion of Mr. Digambar Patil to the position of Vice President - Manufacturing. Stepping into this executive role at the company’s Mahad ecosystem in Maharashtra, Digambar takes charge at a crucial juncture as the chemical manufacturing sector increasingly focuses on operational excellence, cost optimization, and scalable project management.

Bringing deep shop-floor experience and a sharp strategic mindset to the executive suite, Digambar’s promotion highlights Laxmi Organic's commitment to nurturing long-term leadership from within. Over his multi-year tenure with the company, he has consistently driven core manufacturing operations and cost-saving initiatives, helping the enterprise navigate complex market dynamics with agility.

Digambar’s climb to the vice presidency is backed by nearly two decades of diverse industrial experience across prominent chemical and manufacturing organizations. Before his impactful tenure at Laxmi Organic, he sharpened his expertise during key stints at SRF Limited and UPL. He also built a strong foundation early in his career at VVF Group.

Digambar is a Chemical Engineer, holding a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) from Shivaji University, Kolhapur. He also earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Process Design from IPTR Mumbai, followed by an Executive Management Programme in Business Administration and Management from VVF Ltd.
