June 2026 : Stepping into a role that sits at the very heart of India's green transport revolution, Pradeep Chandrasekaran has officially taken charge as the Head of Vehicle Integration and Architecture at Mahindra Last Mile Mobility. Returning to the Mahindra fold after nearly a decade, Pradeep’s transition is fueled by a desire to align with the Group's defining 'RISE' philosophy - driving positive change for both people and the planet. With last-mile logistics rapidly transitioning to sustainable power, his arrival comes at a pivotal moment for the manufacturer's growing electric and clean-energy portfolio.

Pradeep joins directly from Ola Electric, where he spent nearly five years leading 3W and 4W vehicle integration. Before his stint at Ola, he served as General Manager of Vehicle Integration at Force Motors. His deeper professional history includes an impressive 11-year foundational run at Mahindra & Mahindra, Tata Motors, JCB India and Eicher Tractors.

Pradeep holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with an Automobile specialization from the Government College of Engineering, Salem, where he also served as the Secretary of the Society of Mechanical Engineers. He later earned a Master’s in Automobile Engineering from Anna University, Chennai and completed a Master of Management Science in Operations from IndSearch, Pune.
