July 2026 : MLL Express Services Pvt. Ltd. (MESPL), a key subsidiary of Mahindra Logistics, has Ankur Bansal as its new Chief Executive Officer.

Ankur steps into the role with a stellar track record in driving business growth, operational efficiency, and large-scale digital transformations. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Group Strategy at the Mahindra Group, following a leadership stint as VP of Strategy at Jio.

His deep expertise in corporate transformation is grounded in eight impactful years as a Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). At BCG, Ankur led major strategy, growth, and digital operations engagements across sectors including industrial goods, consumer products, and financial services. He began his career in core operational roles with ITC Limited, giving him a rare balance of ground-level execution and high-level strategic vision.

An alumnus of IIT Kharagpur with a degree in Chemical Engineering, Ankur went on to earn his MBA from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management Bangalore - a dual technical and management background that positions him exceptionally well to lead tech-driven logistics operations.
