Olam Agri Appoints Sudeep Agrawal as Vice President - IT & Digital

August 2026 : In a high-profile technology movement within the global agri-business sector, Sudeep Agrawal has taken on a new role as Vice President - IT & Digital at Olam Agri. Moving into the new position, Agrawal will oversee technology and digital initiatives for the company’s Processing & Value Addition (P&VA) business segment.

Agrawal arrives at Olam Agri with over two decades of enterprise technology leadership, driving large-scale digital transformation, cloud migrations, AI/ML adoption, and robust cybersecurity frameworks across diverse industries.

Most recently, he served as Chief Information Officer at Reliance Group, where he spearheaded the end-to-end IT strategy and digital infrastructure planning for Reliance’s ambitious solar gigafactory venture in Mumbai. Prior to that, Agrawal spent six years at ReNew Power, advancing to Senior VP & Head of IT & Digital. He also served as a Director at Climate Connect Digital, and delivered over ₹100 crore in business value through AI/ML and automation programs.

His extensive career footprint spans leadership and technical roles across several major global brands, including Whirlpool Corporation, Accenture, IBM India, DCM Shriram, and Riddhi Siddhi Enterprise.

Agrawal holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Engineering College Kota, Rajasthan University, and completed a Post Graduate Program in Management, Operations, and Technology from the BRIDGE School of Management.
