Mr. Mohod joins TK Elevator India, bringing over 24 years of expertise in transforming organizations into agile, efficient, and profit-driven powerhouses. His appointment is expected to bolster TK Elevator’s manufacturing capabilities, which are supported by a cutting-edge facility in Pune and a growing R&D center catering to both local and global operations.
Strategic Focus on Operational Leadership
In his new capacity as Senior Vice President - MPF, Mr. Mohod will focus on accelerating growth, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering customer-centric innovation across the Indian business.
Mr. Mohod's expertise is extensive, covering Operations, P&L Management, Long and Mid-term Strategy Development, Lean Manufacturing, Quality Management, and Six Sigma methodologies. His educational background includes a Master of Mechanical Engineering from BITS Pilani.
Prior to joining TK Elevator, Mr. Mohod established a strong foundation of leadership across several globally recognized firms in the heavy industry and manufacturing sectors, including John Cockerill, CIRCOR International, Alfa Laval, Cummins India, Avery Dennison (India) Pvt Ltd, Honeywell.
His extensive background spans transforming manufacturing operations, leading major footprint optimization projects, and managing full business unit P&L responsibilities across diverse product lines. He is a proud alumnus of BITS Pilani and Amravati University, providing him with a strong technical and strategic foundation.
