June 2026 : Rajesh Kodukula, with a 16-year legacy spanning everything from subsea pipelines to aerospace gas turbines, has officially stepped into his next professional chapter. He joins Ather Energy as the Chief of Staff - Engineering. Rajesh is an engineer who thrives where deep technical precision meets big-picture business strategy. Driven by first-principles thinking and execution excellence, he has spent his career bridging the physical and digital worlds to build scalable, reliable products.

His professional journey reads like a masterclass in diverse systems engineering. He began in the piping and offshore pipeline installation sectors with Chemtex and Allseas, later transitioning into civil aerospace at Rolls-Royce. Turning his focus to the clean energy revolution, Rajesh pivoted to the lithium-ion battery landscape. He led cutting-edge battery pack development for two-wheelers, three-wheelers, and the iconic Vande Bharat trains during his time at Log9 Materials, followed by a high-impact stint at Alstom managing complex energy storage technology transfers.

Rajesh holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai and a Master’s Degree in Materials Science and Metallurgy from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka.
